The Chairman and Chief Executive is John Lloyd, one of the founder members of Jardine Lloyd Thompson’s predecessor firm, Lloyd Thompson Ltd. John is supported by an experienced industry team: Andrew Barnes as Deputy Chairman, Tony Roberts as Managing Director and Andrew Love as Financial Director, who together with Nick Peck, Director, and Vyvienne Wade, Non-Executive Director, form the statutory Board for Lloyd & Partners Ltd.

The day to day management of the company is provided by members of the Management Team. This includes financial and operational managers as well as the business class team leaders; Nick Peck, Cargo, Fine Art & Specie; John Cooper, Julian Wilson - Energy & Marine; Paul Voller, Healthcare & Professional; Derek Hansen - North American Property; Alison Wham, International Property and Steve Bertenshaw, Claims.

Charles Bromfield, Charles Pearch and Andrew Moulton provide considerable experience in their respective fields and contribute to the development and strategy for Lloyd & Partners, with a particular emphasis on production of new business opportunities. Such responsibilities shared with their other senior colleagues within specific business teams.
